Confirmations:
Receipt of your order and amount due will be confirmed by email to you from HeimWorks. 
Orders will be shipped within five days of your on-line order and payment by credit card or Pay-Pal.  Payments may be made by check or money order and will be shipped as soon as receipt of payment is confirmed.

Shipping and Handling:
Matted prints and cards are shipped priority mail.  Other size prints and formats are carefully packed and shipped via USPS or UPS to your destination.   Prices vary based on shipping requirements.
