Confirmations:
Receipt of your order and amount due will be confirmed by email to you from HeimWorks. 
Orders will be shipped within five days of your on-line order and payment by credit card or Pay-Pal.  Payments may also be made by check or money order and will be shipped as soon as receipt of payment is confirmed.

Shipping and Handling:
Matted prints and cards are shipped priority mail.  All orders are carefully packed and shipped via USPS or UPS to your destination.
